Article Abstract
Horner syndrome appears to be a common yet transient event after SPAC. Although postinterventional Horner syndrome is significantly related to ipsilateral carotid wall hematoma, causality of the procedure-related formation of a carotid wall hematoma and oculosympathetic disturbance remains unproven.
